Collection Process
- Go to Finance > Fee Collection
- Search student by Roll Number, Name, or ID
- System displays all pending fees for the student
- Select fees to pay and choose Payment Method
- For cash: Enter amount received and generate receipt
- For online: Redirect to payment gateway and confirm
- Print or email receipt to parent/student
