Manual Backup
- Go to Settings > Backup > Create Backup
- Select Backup Type (Full, Database Only, or Documents Only)
- Choose Storage Location (Local or Cloud)
- Click Start Backup
- Download backup file when complete
Restore
- Go to Settings > Backup > Restore
- Upload backup file or select from stored backups
- System validates backup integrity
- Confirm restore (warning: current data will be overwritten)
- Wait for restore completion
Warning
Always create a fresh backup before performing a restore. The restore process will replace all current data with backup data.
