Problem: No amount appears while collecting fees.

Possible Causes

  • Fee structure is not assigned.
  • Academic year mismatch.
  • Student category mismatch.

Resolution

  1. Open Finance → Fee Structure Setup.
  2. Verify the class fee structure.
  3. Check academic year.
  4. Refresh Fee Collection screen.
Success: After correcting the fee structure, amounts will appear automatically.
