Marks Entry is Not Saving
Problem: Marks disappear after clicking Save. Possible Causes Exam is inactive. Subject assignment missing. User does not have permission. Maximum marks exceeded. Solution Open Examination → Exam Setup . Verify the exam is active. Check subject assignment. Verify user permissions. Save the marks again. Error Message Resolution Marks exceed maximum value Reduce marks or increase maximum marks. Subject not assigned Assign subject to class. Tip: Administrators can check permissions from Settings → Role Permission. Frequently Asked Questions Why are some students missing? Students may not be enrolled or promoted to the selected academic year.

Fee Amount Not Showing
Problem: No amount appears while collecting fees. Possible Causes Fee structure is not assigned. Academic year mismatch. Student category mismatch. Resolution Open Finance → Fee Structure Setup . Verify the class fee structure. Check academic year. Refresh Fee Collection screen. Success: After correcting the fee structure, amounts will appear automatically.
